Privacy Policy

Springuptech ("we") complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea and other applicable laws, and we take your personal information seriously. This policy applies to springuptech.com and its subdomains (the "Site").
1. Why we process personal information
We process personal information only to:
- Respond to project requests and inquiries, provide estimates and reply
- Conclude and perform contracts (including e-signatures)
- Keep records as required by law
2. What we collect

You can contact us without filling in optional fields.
3. How long we keep it
- Inquiry and consultation data: kept for one year after the consultation ends, then deleted.
- Contract data: kept for the period required by law after the contract ends (for example, five years for transaction records under Korean tax law).
4. Sharing with third parties
We do not provide your personal information to third parties, except where required by law.
5. Processors and international transfers
We use the following service providers. Their servers are located outside Korea, so your information is transferred abroad.

- When and how: transmitted over the network when you submit the form, when email is sent, or when you sign a contract
- Retention: until the purpose is fulfilled or the period in section 3
If you do not want your data transferred abroad, please contact us directly by email instead of using the form. Note that email may also pass through the providers above.
6. How we delete data
When the retention period ends or the purpose has been fulfilled, we delete the data without delay. Electronic files are deleted so they cannot be recovered; paper documents are shredded or incinerated.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information at any time. Email the privacy officer below and we will act without delay.
8. Security measures
- HTTPS encryption across the Site, including the inquiry form
- Secrets such as email API keys are kept separate from source code
- Access to personal information is limited to the company representative
9. Cookies and advertising
- The Site stores your theme preference (light/dark) in your browser; this is not sent to us.
- The Site may display ads from third-party services such as Google. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to the Site and/or other sites on the internet.
- You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings, and opt out of third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at www.aboutads.info.
- You can refuse cookies in your browser settings; some features may then be limited.

11. Changes to this policy
This policy is effective from October 20, 2026. We will announce any changes on the Site at least seven days before they take effect.
